Boompledge acts only as a software service provider and data processor. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information entered into the software.

Boompledge implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no online platform or internet transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Boompledge uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption where appropriate, secure access controls, and regular monitoring to help protect customer data.

5Data Sharing

Boompledge does not sell customer information to third parties.

Information may be disclosed only:

• When required by law
• In response to court orders or legal processes
• To government or regulatory authorities
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Boompledge, its customers, or the public

6Cloud Backup Services

Where cloud backup services are enabled, customer data may be stored on secure servers operated by Boompledge or its authorized service providers.

Customers are encouraged to maintain their own records and backups whenever necessary.

7Data Retention

Boompledge is committed to securely managing and protecting customer data.

Customer data will be securely stored for as long as the subscription remains active.

Upon subscription expiry, customer data will be securely retained for up to 90 (ninety) days for backup and recovery purposes.

If the subscription is renewed within the 90-day retention period, the customer data may be restored from the available backup.

After the 90-day retention period, Boompledge reserves the right to permanently delete or irreversibly erase the customer data in accordance with its data retention and security practices.

Boompledge shall not be responsible for the recovery or restoration of customer data after the 90-day retention period has expired.

Certain information may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal requests.

8Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring authorized access to their account
• Maintaining accurate records

Boompledge is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by customer negligence.

9Third-Party Services

Boompledge may use third-party infrastructure or service providers for hosting, cloud storage, communication, analytics, security, or support services.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

10Policy Updates

Boompledge reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the official Boompledge website and/or application. Continued use of the software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
